I’ve been ordering from purecoffeeclub.com for a while now. The value is really solid. The coffee tastes fresh. It doesn’t feel overpriced like some other brands. Delivery has been fine too. Nothing fancy. Just good, decent coffee that’s worth the money.

"Customer service got back to me really fast"
I had a small issue and expected to wait a while for a response, but customer service replied quickly, which was a nice surprise. They didn’t just send a generic message either — they actually helped sort out the problem and got it fixed. It was a simple thing in the end, but I appreciated that they handled it without making me go back and forth a bunch of times.

"Coffee was fine, but someone was rough with the box"
The coffee bag arrived in good shape with no leaks or dents, so I’m happy about that. The outer box looked beat up though, so I’m blaming the delivery guys for being a little careless with it. Thankfully the product itself was packed well and came out okay.

"Really good coffee with an amazing smell"
I tried Pure Coffee Club last week, i was impressed. The coffee tastes really good, smooth, not super bitter, and it had that fresh roasted smell as soon as I opened the bag.
I’ve just been making it in my regular drip coffee maker, and the aroma fills up the kitchen so fast. It’s basically become my go-to morning cup now. Just simple, tasty coffee, and I’ve got zero complaints.

"Pausing deliveries is ridiculously easy"
I really like how simple it is to skip or change a delivery whenever I need to. No hassle, no back-and-forth, it’s kind of ridiculous how easy they make it.

"Fresh coffee, but one bag seemed a little off"
The beans showed up fresh and smelled really good right out of the bag. The coffee itself is smooth and not bitter, so overall I’m happy with it. I’m taking off one star because one of the bags looked like a lighter roast than what I expected, almost like it may not have been the same batch or was mislabeled somewhere along the way.
